Mix 1 scoop or 3 heaped teaspoons (25g) with water, fruit juice, soya milk or any preferred liquid. Shake or stir well. Can be added to yoghurt or blended with berries. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Store in a cool, dry place.

For best results add 1 scoop OR 3 heaped teaspoons (25g) into a glass. Add water, fruit juice, soya milk or other liquid of your choice for a delicious high protein shake. Be adventurous with this powder - add it to yoghurt, mix with berries etc. and mix in blender for best results.

Does your Lean ISO Shake contain any allergens?

Although our Lean ISO Shake is suitable for most people, it does include Soy protein. Those with Soy allergy should avoid this altogether. Please check the product specification if you have any specific concerns or consult with a healthcare professional before taking any new supplements.
