Refund policy

Whilst we hope that everyone finds a supplement suitable and helpful for them, we understand that not everything will be suitable for everyone. So, we have a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. We will arrange a return of any unused items back to us and once received we will either refund your money in full or exchange the goods. To initiate the return process, you will need to email us at hello@sunnahlabsnutrition.com Outline the reason you are returning the item and once we have received this information, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Your item needs to be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in it’s original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or used items. We endeavour to refund or if you have requested an exchange within 7-10 days. If more than 10 working days have passed, then get in touch immediately.
