Where are your products made? 

Our products are manufactured in the UK in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) facilities.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee? (Returns Policy)

Whilst we hope that everyone finds a supplement suitable and helpful for them, we understand that not everything will be suitable for everyone. So, we have a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products.  We will arrange a return of any unused items back to us and once received we will either refund your money in full or exchange the goods. 

To initiate the return process, you will need to email us at hello@sunnahlabsnutrition.com 

Outline the reason you are returning the item and once we have received this information, we will send you instructions on where and how to send your package. 

Your item needs to be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in it’s original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or used items. 

We endeavour to refund or if you have requested an exchange within 7-10 days. If more than 10 working days have passed, then get in touch immediately.

My item(s) have arrived damaged, what do I do?

Contact us immediately at hello@sunnahlabsnutrition.com with a photograph of the damaged item and we will evaluate the issue and get back to you as soon as possible.

When do I expect my Item(s) to arrive and what are your shipping costs?

At Sunnah Labs, we offer free shipping on all orders. They will all be Royal Mail Tracked. We aim to dispatch all stock items ordered before 12pm on the same working day and they should be with you within 1-2 days. Any orders made after 12pm should be with you within 2-3 working days. Most of our packaging is letter box friendly (capsules) so you don’t have to be home on delivery. However, delays can happen for reasons outside of our control, and in these cases, we ensure that we keep our customers up to date. If you have not received your goods within 5 working days of your order confirmation, please contact us so we can help you track it.

What is your Donation Policy?

We have partnered with a couple of Islamic charities to donate a percentage of all profits that our brothers and sisters support us with. Every product purchased means you are helping those who need it the most. Palestine is close to everyone’s heart and rightly so and we at SunnahLABS have made it our mission and duty that we will work day and night to make sure all provisions and donations are being sent to all who require assistance. Our brothers and sisters in Sudan, Yemen and Syria are in the same perilous situation as are others around the world. In fact, in a narration, Our Prophet (PBUH) pointed out with his hand towards Yemen and said twice, “Faith is there”. This refers to anyone living in that area and not necessarily only those from there. Subhan Allah (Imam al Bukhari narrates from Ibn Mas’ud Radi Allahu anhu).

Is there any discount or reward for ordering multiple products at once?

Yes. When you order 5 or more products in a single purchase, you’ll receive a free Sunnah Labs Nutrition branded box/container as a thank you. This applies whether you buy products individually or as bundles. For example, a bundle of 3 products counts as 3 items toward your total, and bundles already come with built-in discounted pricing.
